Diving Caddis Tan
Technically an egg laying adult, the Diving Caddis is a highly adaptable pattern that can be fished in multiple ways. Designed to imitate an adult caddis diving to lay eggs, it can also be fished as a dry fly in the surface film or as a dropper in a nymph rig. Its relaistic profile and versatility make it a great choice when trout are feeding on caddis in all stages of their life cycle.

Presentation
This emerger performs well fished alone in a dedicated Emerger Rig, where its suspended profile sits right in the strike zone during hatch activity.
Fished as the dropper fly in a Nymph Rig, this pattern excels when targeting trout feeding mid-column. Applying floatant to the fly and upper tippet helps keep it suspended off the bottom, effectively imitating an emerging insect as it rises toward the surface.
Fished in tandem with a highly visible dry fly acting as an indicator, this setup allows the nymph to suspend higher in the water column - ideal for targeting trout feeding near the top of the water column during a hatch.
